On Wednesday, Minneapolis will officially become the first American city to unveil a plan that takes aim at ISIS’s recruiting efforts in this country.
Federal and State officials, along with private money, are working with local groups to launch a million dollar effort to help prevent the radicalization of kids in Minneapolis’ Somali community.
