Syrian Observatory of Human Rights receive a video shows IS militants executing a young man in the countryside of Deir Ezzor. The video also shows IS militants tying up and investigating the young man, where he said that his name is “Ibrajim al- Shridah” and confessed that “he is from the town of Abo Hamam and that he killed 2 IS militants by RPG”.
Then, an Albanian IS militant said that “this man is an enemy of Allah almighty, killing 2 brothers by RPG and al- Qasas (the punishment) is going to be the same”, after that IS militants get away from the young man and the Albanian militant launched the RPG shell on him. An IS militant from the Maghreb treaded the head of the body saying “this is your destiny O enemy of Allah, and fighting and blood are between you and us” while others militants shouting “ Islamic State is lasting”
Reliable sources informed SOHR that IS carried out for the second consecutive day mass executions in the towns and villages of the province of Deir Ezzor, where they executed 9 men and 2 young men in the village of Mhimdiyyi in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, the village of Hatla and the town of Khasham in the eastern countryside.
